Is servicing my vehicle included in a novated lease?
Yes it is. What’s more, with a fully-maintained lease all you have to do is drop off your car at a service centre or repairer of your choice, and instruct them to call us. Our team of dedicated mechanics will then negotiate the price and services required on your behalf to ensure you get the best deal possible.

Is servicing my vehicle included in a novated lease?
You can have these funds returned to you through your payroll at any time. You can also choose to adjust your budget if your running costs have changed.
As the end of your lease approaches we’ll reconcile your RemServ account and if there are excess funds, we will return them to your salary packaging administrator who will arrange payment via your payroll.
If you find you’re spending MORE than you have budgeted for, get in touch with us to discuss how we can adjust your contribution amounts to ensure you have enough funds in your RemServ account to cover your vehicle’s running costs.
Sometimes, over-spending occurs when you find yourself driving more and the cost you budgeted for fuel is not enough to cover your increased driving activity, however we won't leave you stranded at the pump.
You can select a BP or Ampol card to purchase your fuel, you can even have multiple cards if that suits you best. We then pay your fuel card balance on a monthly basis from your RemServ account, providing you with a cashless way to always keep your car full of fuel.
Please note the following fees are applicable:-
BP or Ampol: No monthly or transaction fee
What happens at the end of the novated lease?
Before your novated lease expires, we will be in touch to discuss what direction you would like to take at the end of your novated lease, these include:
- Take out a new novated lease. Upgrade to the latest model to continue enjoying the convenience and potential tax savings of a novated lease.
- Refinance the car. Extend the arrangement of your current car by refinancing the residual amount with one of the novated leasing panel’s financiers.
- Keep the car. Purchase your current car by paying the residual amount.
